Ekornes offers four kinds of leather for varying needs.
Batick Leather is a corrected aniline-dyed, pigmented and grain-embossed leather with most natural marks removed. It has a protective layer of lacquer which makes it easy to clean spills from the leather. It is the most resilient leather Ekornes offers.
Classic Leather is a corrected aniline-dyed, pigmented and grain-embossed leather with a larger pebble grain and thickness than Batick leather. It has a protective layer of lacquer which makes it easy to clean spills from the leather and is ideal for families.
Paloma Leather is the most popular Ekornes leather. It is an aniline-dyed leather with a combination of pigments and dyes. It is a soft, breathable leather with a natural grain.
Royalin Leather is Ekornes's most premium leather. It is aniline-dyed with a natural grain and visible natural marks. It breathes well and only a very light surface treatment has been added for protection.
For an alternative to leather, Dinamica Microfiber is a durable and comfortable textile that resists light and does not pill. It is easy to clean and can even be machine washed using 60 degree water.
Ekornes also offers four lines of fabrics made from the best materials with maximum durability.
